This website uses no cookies or visitor tracking. Personal data is processed only when you send it yourself through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone.

The data controller is MEHATRON d.o.o., Pijavišće 21D/2, 10172 Zagreb, Croatia, mehatron@mehatron.eu.

If you make contact through the contact form, by e-mail or by phone, MEHATRON d.o.o. processes your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to reply and, where applicable, to conclude a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact; records of a business relationship are kept for the statutory retention periods.

An enquiry sent through the form arrives as an e-mail from a server in Croatia operated by MEHATRON d.o.o. in the mailbox mehatron@mehatron.eu. It is not stored on the web server; only the outcome of the sending (success or type of error) and the time are recorded, without personal data. To protect the form against abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)) the number of enquiries from the same IP address is limited; for that purpose the IP address is processed only in the server's working memory, only while the limit applies, and is never written anywhere.

The web server does not log visitors' IP addresses. For network security (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)) the network equipment logs connection data (IP address, country, time, amount of traffic) and deletes it after at most 90 days.

E-mail for MEHATRON d.o.o. is received and stored by Forward Email LLC (USA) as a processor; the transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Article 46(2)(c)), copy available on request. A copy of the mail may also be kept on a server in Croatia operated by MEHATRON d.o.o. Data is not passed on to any other recipient.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (requests to mehatron@mehatron.eu) and the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
